Emily F. Keller is a journalist, creative nonfiction writer and poet whose work mixes personal stories with social commentary. She writes about relationships, New York City, news and skateboarding.

Emily performs at open mics and poetry slams in New York City and elsewhere. She has been the featured poet at the Cornelia Street Café, the Jujomukti Tea Lounge, Sonic Verse, Poets-on-White and Sleuth Pro "Lyrics" in Poughkeepsie.

Emily's work has been published in First Literary Review-East and The New Verse News. She released her first chapbook, Shadow Puppets, in April 2011.
