Emily F. Keller is the founder and co-director of Transportation Access. Emily is an investigative journalist and an experienced writer, reporter, photographer and editor.
Emily has a master's degree in interactive media and business and economics reporting from the City University of New York. Her work has been published at BusinessWeek.com and in the New York Daily News.

Charles Hobson is the co-director of Transportation Access. Charles, who has a disability, is the founder and artistic head of Vanguard Documentaries and an Emmy-award winning television producer.
Charles produced Inside Bedford-Stuyvesant, Like It Is (WABC-TV), The Africans (PBS/BBC) and, in 2009, Harlem in Montmartre: Paris Jazz (PBS.) He was a Fullbright Scholar in Germany from 1996-1997.
